Hier kommt die Zusammenfassung – Stand heute:

1. Das Outfit UG Brackwede ist unseres Wissens nach aktuell nicht insolvent. Die Schließung scheint auf Grund von nicht bezahlten Rechnungen erfolgt zu sein.
2. Aktuell sieht es NICHT danach aus, dass das Studio wieder eröffnet. Outfit-Brackwede Mitglieder dürfen im Outfit-Bielefeld weiter trainieren.
3. Es gibt die Möglichkeit, den Vertrag online zu kündigen: https://brackwede.outfit-fitnessstudio.de/vertraege-hier-kuendigen
4. Um weitere Lastschriften auszuschließen besteht die Möglichkeit, das dem Outfit erteilte SEPA-Lastschrift-Mandat ausdrücklich zu widerrufen.

INFO: Abbuchungen per Lastschrift lassen sich bis 8 Wochen nach Abbuchung zurückholen. Dies kann im Onlinebanking selbst oder mit Hilfe der jeweiligen Bank durchgeführt werden.

5. In der nächsten Woche wird ein Journalist-Team der NW im Rahmen ihrer Recherche mit einem auf die Branche spezialisierten Anwalt Hier wird besprochen werden, ob ggf. eine Sammelklage sinnvoll ist oder andere Maßnahmen greifen würden.

Falls wir Informationen hierzu erhalten, werden wir sie hier einstellen – im Laufe der nächsten Zeit wird aber auch ein Artikel zu diesem Thema in der NW erscheinen.

Für alle aus dem Outfit – eure Situation tut uns sehr leid!

Das Outfit in Brackwede wird nach unserer Einschätzung eher nicht wieder eröffnet.

Gerne könnt ihr bei uns ein Probetraining machen falls Funktionelles Zirkeltraining oder Personal Training für jemanden interessant ist.

Wir können ansonsten das XTRASPORT als ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Studio empfehlen.
Es ist mit Geräten und Crossfitness / Funktional Material ausgestattet und verfügt über einen Ladies – Bereich.

Solltest du Interesse an einem Training im XTRASPORT haben:
– das erste Probetraining ist gratis.
– Das zweite und dritte kostet je 5,- Euro, die bei einem Vertragsabschluss gutgeschrieben werden.
– Als Special bietet das Studio aktuell Verträge ohne Aufnahmegebühr.

Falls ich noch mehr erfahre werde ich das hier einstellen –
soweit ich weiß ist das Outfit Innenstadt aktuell geöffnet.
Ihr könnt dort trainieren.
Leider kann ich euch bei Themen rund um Kündigung / Vertrag etc. nicht helfen,
da ich keine Outfit – Mitarbeiterin bin.

Heute Vormittag wurde das Outfit Brackwede von einem Gerichtsvollzieher offiziell verschlossen. Bis auf weiteres wird dort kein Studiobetrieb stattfinden.
Als Untermieter durften wir unser Material aus dem Studio entfernen.

Glücklicherweise war das XTRASPORT Bielefeld Senne kurzfristig bereit, uns einen Raum anzubieten.
Diesen haben wir heute speziell für VITALutions / THE GYM einrichten. Außerdem dürfen wir für Personal Training auch das sonstige Studio nutzen.

Ab morgen, dem 11.06.25 , findet unser komplettes VITALutions / THE GYM – Angebot an der Kammerichstraße 39, 33659 Bielefeld statt. Du kannst unser Angebot normal zu den dir bekannten Konditionen nutzen.

Wir bitten zu den Zirkelangeboten mind. 10 Minuten früher zu kommen. Wir treffen uns an der Theke und zeigen allen die neuen Räumlichkeiten. Falls es in der ersten Zeit gelegentlich zu Verzögerungen kommt bitten wir um Verständnis.

Das XTRASPORT befindet sich aktuell in einer Modernisierungs-Phase. z.B. die frisch renovierten Herrenduschen werden erst in der nächsten Zeit in Betrieb genommen und in Eingangsbereich entsteht aktuell eine neue Fläche mit Kicker und Billardtisch…
Noch eine Info: für die Spinde in den Umkleiden brauchst du ein kleines Vorhängeschloss. Wir werden versuchen, solche Schlösser kurzfristig bereitzustellen.

Gerne hätten wir einen Standortwechsel in Ruhe geplant und koordiniert – aber wir freuen uns, über die spontane Flexibilität des XTRASPORT Teams und den unterstützenden Empfang.

WICHTIG : Das Training mit uns (VITALutions/THE GYM) ist NICHT von einer Mitgliedschaft im XTRASPORT abhängig.

Here is the summary – as of today:

As far as we know, Outfit UG Brackwede is not currently insolvent. The closure appears to have been due to unpaid invoices.
It does NOT currently look like the studio will reopen. Outfit-Brackwede members may continue to train at Outfit-Bielefeld.
It is possible to cancel the contract online: https://brackwede.outfit-fitnessstudio.de/vertraege-hier-kuendigen
To prevent further direct debits, it is possible to expressly revoke the SEPA direct debit mandate issued to Outfit.
INFO: Direct debits can be cancelled up to 8 weeks after they have been debited. This can be done in online banking itself or with the help of the respective bank.

Next week, a team of journalists from NW will meet with a lawyer specialising in the sector as part of their research to discuss whether a class action lawsuit would make sense or whether other measures would be effective.
If we receive information on this, we will post it here – but an article on this topic will also appear in the NW in the near future.

For everyone from the Outfit – we are very sorry about your situation!

In our opinion, the Outfit in Brackwede is unlikely to reopen.

You are welcome to do a trial training session with us if functional circuit training or personal training is of interest to you.

Otherwise, we can recommend XTRASPORT as a very well-equipped studio.
It is equipped with machines and cross-fitness/functional equipment and has a ladies‘ area.

If you are interested in training at XTRASPORT:
– the first trial training session is free.
– The second and third cost 5 euros each, which will be credited when you sign a contract.
– As a special, the studio currently offers contracts without an admission fee.

as far as I know the Outfit city centre is currently open.
You can train there.
Unfortunately, I can’t help you with issues relating to cancellation / contract etc.,
as I’m not an Outfit employee.

This morning, Outfit Brackwede was officially closed by a bailiff. No studio operations will take place there until further notice.
As subtenants, we were allowed to remove our material from the studio.

Fortunately, XTRASPORT Bielefeld Senne was prepared to offer us a room at short notice.
Today we have set this up especially for VITALutions / THE GYM. We are also allowed to use the rest of the studio for personal training.

From tomorrow, 11.06.25 , our complete VITALutions / THE GYM offer will take place at Kammerichstraße 39, 33659 Bielefeld. You can use our offer as normal under the conditions you are familiar with.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for the circuit programmes. We will meet at the counter and show everyone the new premises. We ask for your understanding if there are occasional delays at first.

XTRASPORT is currently in a modernisation phase. For example, the newly renovated men’s showers will only be put into operation in the near future and a new area with table football and a pool table is currently being built in the entrance area…
One more piece of information: you will need a small padlock for the lockers in the changing rooms. We will endeavour to provide such locks at short notice.

We would have liked to have planned and coordinated a change of location in peace and quiet – but we appreciate the spontaneous flexibility of the XTRASPORT team and the support we have received.
